Her vision of comprehensive patient care led her to specialize in <strong>Neural Therapy and Neurofocal Dentistry<\/strong> in 2015. That same year, she received a diploma in Orthomolecular Therapies and Nutrition. Since then, and for the past 10 years, she has practiced her profession with a <strong>holistic and integrative<\/strong> approach. In addition to assessing her patients&#8217; oral health, her focus on their overall well-being has led her to make observations on diet, supplements and nutraceuticals, healthy lifestyles, and stress management, among others.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dr. Dr. Rosa Blanco, in addition to being a dentist, is a Life Coach, advising her patients on their lifestyles to lead them back to an integrated well-being of body, mind, and emotions. Associate of the Costa Rican Association of Lifestyle Medicine (CALM)<\/p>\n\n<p>Designer and founder of the personal training program, Human Being 8.0, for all audiences. This program seeks to integrate strategies and tools for self-knowledge and the development of human potential in a modular course. She also facilitates the Coach in Consciousness and Well-being program, a modular program for healthcare professionals, providing tools for comprehensive patient care.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2005 Doctor of Dental Surgery (University of Costa Rica)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2015 Neurofocal Dentistry (University Foundation of Health Sciences, FUCS, Bogot\u00e1, Colombia) and completed a course on endovenous applications (orthomolecular therapy).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016 Diploma in Psychoneurodentistry. Dr. Christian Beyer Method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2019 Specialization in Syntergetics (an integrative medical approach that combines elements of diverse ancient and contemporary therapeutic traditions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2025 Orthomolecular Therapy and Nutraceuticals.
